37 years after it was installed at St. Mark, it is being taken apart and cleaned. The Cromorne on the Positive was new when installed in 1988 taking the place of the Dulzian. Dulzian was moved to the Swell at 16'. Originally, the only 4' in the Swell was a 4' Gemshorn. This was moved to 8' Pitch. New 4' Principal, 4' Bourdon, IV Mixture added as well as a Gemshorn Celeste on a new pitman chest made just as the original. All pipes were newly made by Giesecke, maker's of the original metal pipework. All other pipework is original.
