Updated through online information from Andrew Hagberg. -- Organ was removed in July of 2012 and replaced later that year by a rebuilt and enlarged Hook & Hastings tracker. The pedal bourdon was reused in the new instrument, and one of the strings was used as a celeste in the new organ.
Other pipework was salvaged, the rest of the organ thrown away. Organ was removed by church volunteers (including me) under the supervision of Andover Organ Co.
Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- According to the Estey Opus List as printed in the Boston Organ Club newsletter (1973-79) the church was first the Unitarian Church before becoming Federated.
