1975: purchased by David Soelberg, South Sioux City, Nebraska, for use in The Palace, a pizza and sandwich shop (formerly the old Soo Theatre on Dakota Avenue). Soelberg invested $28,000 for its renovation by the Reuter Organ Co., including adding louvres from the Orpheum Theatre, Sioux City, Iowa, as well as adding a piano.
1976: sold to Vance Haydenfeldt, Storm Lake, Iowa, for use in The Rink Skateland (roller skating rink).
