Thurlow B. Weed on October 20th, 2020:

1938: purchased from Lyric Theatre, New Ulm, Minnesota.
1975: sold to David Soelberg, South Sioux City, Nebraska, for use in The Palace, a pizza and sandwich shop (formerly the old Soo Theatre on Dakota Avenue). Soelberg invested $28,000 for its renovation by the Reuter Organ Co., including adding louvres from the Orpheum Theatre, Sioux City, Iowa, as well as adding a piano.
