Updated by Eric Schmiedeberg, who gave this as the source of the information: I am very familiar with Wurlitzer protocols and have both played, owned and worked on lots of their consoles..

Photographic evidence shows that the console was placed at the house-right end of the orchestra pit on a rotating lift.

Factory date: March 6, 1927

1930 Addition: 4-manual slave console, which was later moved to Chicago Theatre, Chicago, Illinois

Identified through information from Jonathan Ortloff: -- Removed from the Theatre in 1959 and installed in the residence of Byron Carlson, St. Paul, Minnesota.
